We do not require experience. All candidates begin in the entry level and are trained for leadership and eventual management opportunities within our firm. We are prepared to fully train the right candidates.

Is a marketing degree required?
While we prefer that all candidates hold an undergraduate degree, we welcome candidates from all majors. We offer complete training in marketing, advertising, public relations, campaign management, and leadership techniques for all selected candidates.

Entry level representatives can expect to work in an environment that encourages questions and teaches them basic presentation skills, rapport building techniques, and personal selling skills.

How do I apply?
Preliminary interviews are held daily between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm. Each preliminary interview is a 15 -20-minute get-to-know-you session where managers explain the growth opportunities within our firm and learn more about the potential of the candidate. If the preliminary interview is successful, candidates will be asked to return for an in-depth Second Interview Evaluation at the manager’s discretion.
